1 mango, pealed and chopped
2 peaches, peeled an chopped
1/2 red onion, chopped fine
1 or 2 jalapenos, chopped fine
1 clove garlic, smashed and chopped fine
2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cups cilantro, chopped
2 or 3T lemon or lime juice
1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
2 T olive oil
Mix well, refrigerate about 1 hour or more, Good with fish or chicken, or tortilla chips.
