Italian Salad Dressing

This is my go-to vinaigrette salad dressing.

1 1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup vinegar (cider or red wine)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (I use canned but freshly grated would certainly be ok)
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon celery salt
½ teaspoon white pepper
½ teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 clove minced garlic

Mix in a jar and shake well. If using on a pasta salad, I use a little more vinegar, about half oil and half vinegar.
